At Birthdate Co., we want you to be completely enchanted by your personalized home fragrance and astrology gifts. If your order isn't a perfect match, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-personalized items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind while it travels back to our studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
